“My husband and I always wanted to move out of Mexico. For our honeymoon we went to Banff in Alberta and that is how we decided we wanted to move to Canada, since we instantly fell in love with the people here, their values and culture. Consequently, in 2017 we chose to migrate to Toronto. I have always been a very open person, open to new opportunities, to new experiences; so, I think for me and my husband it has been easy to adapt here in the new milieu. On the other hand, it is difficult being far from your family, as I am very close to my siblings, parents and my nieces, it is hard not seeing them every day. Life is great!  otherwise. At the same time is scary because we never know what life will throw at us, but that is the beauty of it.I have gone through difficult times, and at that moment hasn’t been so easy to be positive but having faith helps to move mountains”
